Treaty settlements, and various Treaty-related issues, including:
Ngai Tahu's settlement with the Crown
Consultation with Maori on the restructuring
of the Electricity Corporation of New Zealand
The fisheries deed of settlement between
Maori and the Crown
Various conservation and resource management
issues with a strong Treaty dimension
Tony has a strong understanding of
the legal, commercial and policy framework within which Treaty
settlements take place. His approach
adds significant value to either Government or Maori groups
seeking to achieve positive outcomes.
