• University of Otago – Development and Alumni Relations Unit (‘DARO’)

Panel member for seven year ‘Quality Advancement Review’ of DARO.  Carried out in October 2016 by a two day programme of interviews with key stakeholders, culminating on the panel members discussing their views and conclusions on the third day. Tony distilled his insights and analysis in a brief slide pack to panel colleagues.

  Advised Civil Aviation Authority on an efficiency review of Avsec

• Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (2012)

  Reviewed the insurance claims process, and advised on land liability issues relating to EQC and insurers
